Had booking confirmed for a number of weeks, service and 2 faults to be looked at. Before the date I had a call saying they wouldn't look at the faults and I had to re book. Also asked if I would like the car cleaning, said yes but they didn't do!

No hire vehicle. I was 10mins late due to a work call. I was in the carpark finishing up the call. When I arrived they told me the hire car was in Newcastle on another job and my appointment was cancelled. The lady was unhelpful and argumentative
